Prof. Akhalaq Ziaahmed Tade, Director – Meraa Rishta

Principal Akhalaq Tade is a distinguished academician, administrator, and educationist with over 26 years of rich teaching and administrative experience in higher education. He presently serves as the Principal of Arts Urdu College, Sangli, and has earlier held several key leadership positions including Vice Principal of Chintaman College of Commerce, Sangli, Senior Professor of English at Willingdon College, Sangli, and Coordinator of NAAC and IQAC, where he played a vital role in strengthening academic quality and institutional development.
Prof. Akhalaq Tade is widely recognized for his dedication to academic excellence and institutional growth. Under his visionary leadership and guidance, Willingdon College, Sangli successfully achieved the prestigious NAAC ‘A’ Grade accreditation in October 2017. His long tenure as IQAC Coordinator and Convener of NAAC Steering Committee for more than 15 years reflects his deep understanding of quality assurance systems, planning, and organizational leadership.
Academically, Prof. Akhalaq Tade has made valuable contributions to English Language and Literature. He has published Research Papers at both at National and International levels. He is author of academic units for Postgraduate and Undergraduate courses in English Literature, and has served as an Editor, Translator, and Proof Reader for academic publications and university reports.
He has also contributed as a Member of the Board of Studies (BoS) at Shivaji University, Kolhapur (Maharashtra), participating in curriculum design, textbook preparation, and question paper development.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Prof. Akhalaq Tade has actively participated in numerous professional and social initiatives. He has served as a Resource Person and Subject Expert for various Training Programmes sponsored by National Institutions and has been associated with community-focused activities such as social awareness drives and educational outreach programmes.
His commitment to discipline, transparency, and service-oriented leadership has earned him several recognitions and awards, including prestigious honours for academic excellence during his university education. He was honoured with “Bheemabai Ambedkar” award by the Government of Maharashtra for securing First Rank in BA English in the Maharashtra State.

Yasin Dastgir Malidwale plays a key role in building and managing the technical backbone of Meraa Rishta. With a strong background in commerce, management, digital marketing, and business development, he brings a modern and practical approach to creating a reliable matrimonial platform for the Muslim community.
He holds a B.Com and an MBA, and is also recognised for his work as a Digital Marketing Expert.
Yasin is the founder of a digital marketing agency and has worked with multiple brands across different sectors. Over the years, he has also trained 5000+ business owners in AI, digital marketing, and business growth, while actively running an educational firm focused on learning and skill development.
At Meraa Rishta, his mission is to use technology with purpose — not just to build a website, but to create a platform that helps Muslims and their families search for a life partner in a more organized, respectful, and trustworthy way.
